The Weekly Yarn May 12, 2010

Once again, we welcomed new yarn and shawls into our midst.  Dana,  yet again, hit the jackpot with yarn finds.  Check our bins, if you are looking for inspiration.

There were 17 additional shawls over which we were privileged to pray. Thanks for all your faithfulness Carolyn, Martha, Zena, Pam and Dana!

Our cabinet in the office is overflowing, in time for Communion Sunday on the 23rd.

During the turmoil of the remaining few weeks of the school year and all the attendant angst for all involved, I have had to be reminded of the words from James 3:17-18...

" But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, unwavering, without hypocrisy. And the seed whose fruit is righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace."

Am I the only one who has to say ooops?

Have a lovely week.

Hope to see you Wednesday.

Ellen
